History and Growth

Regent Hill International Schools are multicultural English-Medium private international schools registered with the Botswana Ministry of Education and Skills Development. The tradition of academic excellence and ethos encourages students independent thought, interest and self-disciplined study, through a rich and globally aware learning experience, which blends the Cambridge curriculum with the PSLE in primary. In the secondary schools Cambridge IGCSE is exclusively offered.

Regent Hill International Schools believes in an equal opportunity policy which ensures an environment in which all members have the rights to opportunity regardless of gender, race or disability. The equal opportunity policy is structured to augment both individual and team performance, which leads to personal development.

Regent Hill School opened its doors in January 2009 with its first campus in Gaborone, Block 9 in January 2009, with an enrolment of 56 primary school level students. As a testament to its ethos of academic and cultural excellence, the enrolment numbers have rapidly grown, expanding in 2014 to our Metsimothlabe campus, in 2015 to our Tlokweng campus,in 2017 to our Molepolole campus and in 2023 to our Mochudi campus.

We are confident that the growth rate will continue to increase not only due to the demand for quality private education but also due to the quality of our education and facilities.
